WE BIKE developed a toolbox of resources for use by the law enforcement agencies of the Minnesota Non-motorized Transportation Pilot Project. This resource assisted with the implementation of bicycling and walking enforcement; including enforcement training for officers, public education materials for bicycling and walking, evaluation and data collection methods, and technical advisory services.
