Tracy Flucke has a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration, with over twenty–five years of experience in government administration and employee supervision and management.

Ms. Flucke served as a Parks and Recreation Director and a municipal Administrator in several communities. Her leadership helped the communities to become more bicycle and pedestrian friendly and healthier places for all to enjoy.

Ms. Flucke brings her broad understanding of municipal administration and parks and recreation experience to WE BIKE. She assists in developing training materials for municipal personnel, project oversight, and engaging communities for healthier living. As an experienced municipal administrator, Tracy easily translates this experience to help clients complete their projects and programs on time and under budget.

Tracy and her husband, President of WE BIKE etc., Peter Flucke have completed three unsupported cross-country bicycle trips on their tandem; Northern Tier – 2014 (4,326 miles), Mississippi River – 2015 (3,052 miles), Historic Route 66 – 2016 (2,603 miles).

As an enthusiastic bicyclist for recreation and transportation, she has been Vice President of WE BIKE, etc., LLC since the company’s inception and has helped guide its growth and development.
